At Cavo, we stand behind the quality of our electronics and offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all hardware. Items must be in their original packaging with all included accessories to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the electronic items you wish to return.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label and include the original packing slip inside the box.

• 3.
  Secure the Device

  Place the device in its original box with all cables and manuals, then pack it securely in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy as we process your refund upon inspection.
