All Cavo products come with a standard 12-month manufacturer warranty covering any defects in materials or workmanship. Extended protection plans are available at checkout.
How long does shipping take for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer express shipping options that deliver within 1-2 business days for most metropolitan areas.
What is your return policy for opened items?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the item has been opened, it must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories included. A small restocking fee may apply to certain high-end electronics.
